It is essential for you to have water accessible EVERYWHERE you go. No need to hunt down a water fountain in the mall, you have a water bottle! No need to burn through multiple paper cups at the office water cooler, you have your water bottle. When you opt to use your water bottle instead of paper, plastic, or styrofoam cups, you’re directly impacting the level of waste on the planet by cutting down on your personal carbon footprint.
#2 Add something delicious.
If you don’t like the taste of water, start experimenting! Some people who find unflavored water off-putting. find a pinch of salt to their water gives a taste that is more palatable. It won’t taste like salt, but it may change the way you react to it.
