Skin Glow Program

The Skin Glow Program rewards members for investing in their skincare by prioritizing monthly treatments. Please read the following details and let us know if you have any questions:

• By joining the Skin Glow Program, you are committing to a minimum of six months of auto charges to your credit card of $144 in exchange for one Radiance Facial (normally $194). You may cancel your membership after six months by completing this form with 30 days notice. 
• Monthly facials are the cornerstone of the program, as success relies on treatments every 4-5 weeks. We make it easy for you to book out the next six months and encourage you to do so. Your credits expire after 60 days to allow for a little flexibility in scheduling, but please not the expiration dates and be sure to have a six month plan to use them monthly. 
• You can renew your membership after six months with no further commitment. Your membership will be month-to-month and you’ll need to give us 30 days notice when you want to terminate it by completing the form above.
• You will receive 25% off of any additional Holistic Skin Care service or enhancement while an active member. 
• You receive 20% off of boutique items.
